Non-executive Chairman
Former Dean of the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and ex Managing Partner McKinsey Australia

Rob is Dean and Director of the AGSM, Australia’s leading business school and is a director and co-founder of WM Capital with business partner Kevin Weldon. Prior to his appointment he served as a company director on the boards of CSR Ltd and Pacific Dunlop (now Ansell) and was an active private equity investor.

Rob retired from McKinsey Australia in 1997 after a 25 year career which included leading the Australia and New Zealand practice of the firm from 1989-1997. He currently serves as a Director Emeritus.

Rob is chairman of Social Ventures Australia, a director of the Centre for Independent Studies, a trustee of the Nature Conservancy (Australia) and a member of the Fulbright Advisory Committee.

He lives in Sydney with his wife. His interests include running, tennis, AFL and adventure travel.
