Greenway Capital is currently developing the GEM. What makes it distinctive is the Equity Loan.  The GEM Equity Loan has no monthly repayments and no compounding interest. Instead, you repay a set percentage share of any increase in value of your property when you sell in the future. Unlike traditional mortgages, Greenway only benefits if you do, from an increase in the value of the property.
