Tobias O’hehir
Senior Clerk and Practice Manager

Tobias has extensive experience as a Barristers’ Clerk across multiple chambers. He joined Greenway as the founding Clerk in January 2016. As part of Greenway’s leadership team, he was heavily involved in the set-up and development of Chambers, and continues to contribute his expertise with regard to present and future direction.

Tobias is the first point of contact for any enquiries regarding the suitability of counsel, their particular practice areas, and their availability to take on litigation or advice matters. He also advises on counsels’ daily and hourly rates, and the availability of our mediators.

As a member of the marketing committee, Tobias welcomes any enquiries regarding Greenway’s CPD program, events, partnerships, and scheduling matters.

Tobias was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UTS, and a Graduate Diploma of Law from the Legal Professions Admissions Board.



Nathan Dobbie
Assistant Clerk

Nathan joined Greenway Chambers in March 2016. He deals with availability and scheduling requests, and other court-related enquiries. Nathan also supports the Clerk with Greenway’s marketing activities.

Nathan assists with enquiries regarding upcoming CPDs, and is the first point of contact for event registrations.

Nathan’s interest in the legal profession began when he worked at The Tenth Floor Chambers. It was this enthusiasm for the law which motivated him to pursue the position of Assistant Clerk at Greenway.

Nathan was awarded a Bachelor of Communications in 2016. He plans to study Marketing at Masters level.



Danica Jobson
Assistant Clerk

In 2015, Danica was awarded a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from UNSW. While studying, she worked her way through university in a retail role. As a result, Danica is instilled with both a keen interest in the law and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

In her role with Greenway, Danica assists the Clerk with the operational management of Chambers. Her particular focus is on AR and AP, as well as dealing with external suppliers. Danica is the first point of contact for billing and account enquiries.

Danica also co-ordinates our mediation facilities and can assist with availability of rooms and bookings.



Stefanie Pineda
Junior Office Clerk

Stefanie completed her HSC in 2014. She went on to study a Certificate II in Legal Business Administration, during which time she developed a strong interest in the law.

Stefanie’s role is essential to the efficient running of chambers. She acts as our office all-rounder, assisting with day-to-day administrative and support tasks, including deliveries.
