How Much Can AI Assist When Preparing for Court? New Practice Note commencing 3 February 2025

AI is now firmly entrenched in the world we live.  However, how far can and should AI reach into our professional lives as practicing lawyers appearing in court?  The Supreme Court released on 21 November 2024 Practice Note Gen 23 Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence, to commence on 3 February 2025.  Adele Carr and Sarah Danne will address the requirements of the new practice note and how to incorporate AI effectively and ethically in running a litigated matter.
