Tom accepts briefs in all areas of law. He has particular expertise in commercial law, equity, professional liability and insurance.
Prior to joining the Bar in 2023, Tom was a senior associate at a global firm in Sydney, practising in commercial litigation and insurance. Before that, he was a solicitor at a regional firm based in New England (NSW), where he gained experience in various areas of law and in various courts and tribunals.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Juris Doctor and Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. He was a reporter for the New South Wales Law Reports from 2018 to 2023.
