MEDIATION FACILITIES

As a response to the significant changes to legal practice that have occurred over the last weeks, Greenway Chambers offers a new, comprehensive, virtual mediation package. An advancement on existing virtual meeting platforms, Greenway Chambers’ virtual mediation package provides a StarLeaf-based system, that has been configured to accommodate mediations. This intuitive platform mirrors the practice of traditional face-to-face mediation, as it provides both a virtual joint party room and a breakout room for each party. Using this system, parties are able to meet together for joint sessions and separately, while the mediator can join any party, or combination of parties, at any time. StarLeaf uses robust security measures and has achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification. For more information or to book a mediation contact@greenway.com.au. Greenway Chambers offers well-appointed mediation facilities, including a large boardroom with four generously sized breakout rooms – all of which are soundproofed – and plenty of common-area space for circulation.

Our boardroom is equipped with video-conferencing facilities with the capacity to connect a maximum of nine parties via IP or a web browser.

Dial-in teleconferencing is available for up to 12 parties.

Each breakout room offers:

  • State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment
  • Displays and electronic whiteboards
  • Tea and coffee facilities
  • All rooms are supplied with filtered water
