COVID-19 Update

The good news is that we’re still open for business. However, in the interest of the health and wellbeing of all in these unprecedented times, and consistent with the requirements of NSW Health, we will be operating remotely. The staff who support our guests and members will also be providing their ongoing support from remote locations.

Briefing our Barristers

We encourage the use of electronic briefs as much as possible. We understand every brief is unique and we recommend speaking with your Barrister to organise the delivery of an electronic brief.

If the use of electronic briefing methods is not available or suitable please discuss with your Barrister the most appropriate way to ensure any documents are delivered.

Virtual Mediations

As a response to the significant changes to legal practice that have occurred over the last weeks, Greenway Chambers offers a new, comprehensive, virtual mediation package. An advancement on existing virtual meeting platforms, Greenway Chambers’ virtual mediation package provides a StarLeaf-based system, that has been configured to accommodate mediations. This intuitive platform mirrors the practice of traditional face-to-face mediation, as it provides both a virtual joint party room and a breakout room for each party. Using this system, parties are able to meet together for joint sessions and separately, while the mediator can join any party, or combination of parties, at any time. Deliveries

Our building management is currently accepting deliveries on our behalf. Instructions are located both in the lobby and on level 10. Should you encounter any difficulties, please contact Front of House (see details above).

Mail and DX

Mail and DX are checked once a week. If you propose to send something that is urgent to a barrister by mail or DX, please let the barrister know so that we can make arrangements to have this collected.
